Garth Hall, Attorney at Law
Mr. Hall is an attorney with over 20 years of experience working for major US international law firms, with concentration on sanctions on Russia. At National Capital Garth represents clients with EB-5 investment visas, business visas and handles litigation matters in courts and deportation defense. Garth speaks fluent Russian, Spanish, French, Norwegian and Danish, and has working knowledge of Swedish, German and Dutch. In 2005-2009, Mr. Hall worked in Luxemburg, specializing in international law.
Mr. Hall holds Juris Doctor degree with a Specialty in International Law from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Hall is a former Adjunct Professor Univ. of Alaska Anchorage.
Mr. Hall is licensed in the State of Maryland, but can represent the clients on immigration matters in all 50 states and successfully represent clients in immigration courts.
