In response to the coronavirus concerns, the Alexandria Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia has continued or suspended all scheduled Creditors meetings in all Divisions of this Court until March 31, 2020. Additionally, all Chapter 13 scheduled hearing are suspended until April 23, 2020. The court has also temporarily extended all deadlines in all Bankruptcy Cases. Similar changes are introduced in all other local bankruptcy courts.
