Mr. Devine is a New York–based attorney with extensive international experience in business law and investment management. He previously served as General Counsel for a major international bank, where he oversaw corporate finance, compliance, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, he practiced at an international law firm, advising global clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and complex financing structures.
Mr. Devine holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, an MBA from London Business School, and a Graduate Diploma in English and EU Law from the University of Westminster. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Admitted to the New York State Bar, Mr. Devine is authorized to represent clients in immigration matters throughout the United States. Fluent in Russian and Spanish, he brings a strategic and multidisciplinary perspective to his practice, with particular focus on business law, family law, and immigration law.
