Garth Hall

Garth Hall is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in major American international law firms. At National Capital Legal Services, Mr. Hall represents clients in matters related to EB-5 investment visas, business visas, litigation, and deportation defense. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Hall worked in Luxembourg, specializing in international law.
Garth Hall holds a Juris Doctor degree with a specialization in international law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Mr. Hall is also a former visiting lecturer at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Mr. Hall is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He can represent clients in immigration matters in all 50 states of the U.S. and successfully advocate for their interests in immigration courts.
Garth Hall is fluent in Russian, Spanish, French, Norwegian, and Danish, and has working knowledge of Swedish, German, and Dutch.
