Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:

1. Immigration Law
2. Family Law

Bar admission in MD, VA, or FL is accepted. Attorneys specializing in immigration law may be admitted in other states.

Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus, with Spanish and Farsi preferred.

Job requirements: client interaction, supervision of trained legal assistants, participation in court hearings, and review of court documents prepared by legal assistants. Ability to maintain client confidentiality, handle a large caseload, multitask, learn on the job, and take responsibility for assigned work.

Job description: hybrid work arrangement, both in the office in Tysons Corner, VA, and remotely. Opportunity to start part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

Salary depends on knowledge, experience, qualifications, and the ability to take on additional responsibilities. Client acquisition is not required for this position.
