Elena Shilova

Elena Shilova is a Business Development Director with a background in corporate management and international business. She has held leadership positions as General Director and Business Development Director for international companies, where she was responsible for strategic planning, business development, market expansion, and managing cross-functional teams.

At NCLS, Elena leads the firm’s business development initiatives, identifies new growth opportunities, conducts market research, and supports strategic planning to expand the firm’s services and reach.

Elena has also completed executive programs in corporate management and international business at leading institutions in Paris, London, and Moscow.

She is fluent in English and Bulgarian and is a native Russian speaker.
