Elena Rybakova

Elena Rybakova holds a Master’s degree in Law from the State Academy of Intellectual Property (Moscow, Russia) with a specialization in civil law and intellectual property law. She also completed an accredited program for paralegals at Northern Virginia Community College, recognized by the American Bar Association.

Elena Rybakova began her professional career at the Patent Office of the Russian Federation, where she worked in the legal department dealing with the registration and use of intellectual property, as well as international law. After moving to the USA, she worked as a paralegal in family and immigration law.

At National Capital Legal Services, Elena focuses on employment immigration issues and matters related to civil dispute resolution in court.

Elena Rybakova is fluent in English and Russian.
