Alexander Devine

Alexander Devine is a New York attorney with many years of international experience in commercial law, investment management, and finance. For many years, Mr. Devine worked at an international law firm, advising clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and complex financial structures. Subsequently, Mr. Devine served as the chief legal officer of a large international bank, overseeing investment projects. Holding a FINRA license, Mr. Devine also worked as a financial consultant at a leading securities brokerage firm in Washington.

Mr. Devine is well-versed in tax planning and contract law. At National Capital Legal Services, Alexander Devine leads the business practice and handles bankruptcy cases for individuals and businesses. Additionally, he represents clients in immigration, bankruptcy, and other commercial law matters throughout the United States.

Alexander Devine holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University, an MBA from the London Business School, and a degree in English law and European Union law from Westminster University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Devine is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
